Sandwich 2 slices of wholegrain bread with 1 can tuna in spring water (drained), 1 cup baby spinach leaves, 20g slice reduced -fat cheddar cheese and ½ cup roasted capsicum (not in oil). Cook sandwich press for 2-4minutes or until golden brown.
