Ingredients: 1 tsp Olive oil; 15 g Shortcut bacon fat trimmed, chopped; 0.25 medium Red onion chopped; 200 g canned diced tomatoes (1/2 x400g can); 120 g Canned mixed beans (1/2 x 400g can) drained; 2 tsp barbecue sauce spicy variety; 1 slice(s) white sourdough bread (1x40g slice) toasted

Heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan. Cook bacon and onion until golden. Add tomatoes, beans and sauce and simmer until slightly thickened. Serve with toast.
