Skim milk

Notes

Rub cutlets with seasoning and spray with oil. Boil sweet potato in salted water until tender. Mash with milk and cumin and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm. Grill chops for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with mash and broccoli. Enjoy your yoghurt as an after dinner treat.
