99% fat-free canned refried beans
97% fat-free deli sliced ham
extra light cheddar cheese
Spread 1 x 46g wholemeal pita bread with 1tbs of tomato paste. Top with ¼ cup of refried beans, 50g of 97% fat free deli sliced ham, ¼ red capsicum (thinly sliced) and sprinkle with 20g extra light grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated, moderate oven for 10 minutes. Serve topped with ½ cup of rocket and 1tbs of tomato salsa. Serve with a green salad.
