Apricot, canned in natural juice, drained

1 medium, sliced

sugar-free maple flavoured syrup

Combine oats, milk and ¼ cup (60ml) water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy. Transfer to a medium serving bowl. Top with yoghurt, apricots, banana, walnuts and drizzle over syrup. Serve.
