Coriander salmon with sweet chilli sauce

Crush coriander seeds and press onto salmon. Pan fry in heated oil over a medium heat until cooked. Steam snow peas, beans and baby bok choy. Serve with brown rice and salmon drizzled with sweet chilli sauce and lime wedge.
