tsp, (pinch) Mexican variety

Pumpkin, baked without fat

80 g, diced

Skinless chicken breast, grilled or barbecued

100 g, shredded


¼ medium, to squeeze

fresh coriander

1 tsp, or parsley


Spread avocado over 2 Cruskits and sprinkle a pinch of Mexican seasoning over the top, then layer pumpkin, chicken and a squeeze of lime on top. Add some parsley or coriander on top if it’s to your taste.
