Notes

Place asparagus and tomatoes on a baking tray. Lightly spray with oil and bake in oven preheated to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced until just tender. Spread bread with cottage cheese and top with asparagus and tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
