Baked cinnamon pears

1 small, (preferably Beurre bosc), halved, cored

Artificial sweetener

1 tsp

ground cinnamon

¼ tsp

Nestle Soleil Yoghurt, Vanilla

200 g

dried dates

1 individual, pitted, chopped

wholemeal bread

2 slice(s), toasted

diet jam

1 tsp


Preheat oven to 220C. Spray pears with oil and sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon. Place on a baking tray and bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and tender. Serve in a bowl and top with yoghurt and dates. Meanwhile spread toast with jam and enjoy as your second course!
