How to join the Challenge?
Starting June 26th, 2022:

On Connect, join the Connect Group "6 WK Summer Success Challenge"

Through this group you will be able to attend weekly webinars on Mondays at 8:30pm ET as well as engage with specialized content relating to the Challenge.

At the start of the challenge, take note of where you are at: take a current photo or measurements, make note of how you feel, how clothes fit, blood pressure, etc., or whatever you want to use as a metric for success.

Each week Coach Emily will explore different topics to keep you motivated and on track!

During the six weeks you will keep track of your own successes (both on and off the scale!) and in the last week, you can choose to submit them for the opportunity to have them featured on our last webinar.

This Challenge is completely FREE with any WeightWatchers membership!
