1 small, or 2 large, cut into wedges

smoked paprika

Combine greens, tuna, mushrooms and tomato in a bowl. Toss with vinegar and oil and season to taste. Place pita wedges on a small baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika and toast until crisp. Enjoy pita crisps with salad.
