Fish and Chips with Salad

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray potato slices with cooking spray and sprinkle with thyme. Season to taste. Bake on a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer, about 30 minutes, turning once. Preheat broiler. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and season to taste. Place on pan and broil until cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Fish should flake when tested with a fork. Complement with chips, salad tossed with dressing, and asparagus.
