How Freestyle works
Every food and drink has a SmartPoints value: one easy-to-use number that’s based on calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein. You are assigned a SmartPoints budget that nudges you into making healthier eating choices, while staying satisfied and seeing weight-loss results.
Our zero Points foods category is made up of lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. These foods provide a foundation from which you can build a healthy pattern of eating without imposing a great risk of overeating, so it’s easier to pay attention to when you feel satisfied, rather than overeating them. It's much harder to eat six chicken breasts than six cookies.
Eat what you want.
Track what counts.
With WW Freestyle, you don’t need to track foods that are zero Points, but at the beginning of the program, we do encourage you to track all of your foods to get familiar with the SmartPoints system.

We encourage you to move a little more each day - and will meet you where you are, no matter your activity level.
