So what is Green, Blue, and Purple?
Green guides you toward a smaller list of foods that form the basis of healthy eating habits, with a sizable SmartPoints® Budget to spend on other foods you love. You'll build meals and snacks around 100+ ZeroPoint™ foods including fruits and veggies, and track other foods that have SmartPoints values.
Blue is the WW Freestyle you know and love. Nothing is changing, so if you’re seeing success, this is the plan for you.
Purple guides you toward a long list of foods that form the basis of healthy eating habits, with a modest SmartPoints Budget that you can spend on other foods you love. You'll build meals around 300+ ZeroPoint foods including fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains, and track other foods that have SmartPoints values.
It’s all about keeping the program flexible and livable, because we’re all about success that lasts.

1. It’s our most thoroughly researched innovation in 50+ years.
A tremendous amount of research went into bringing myWW to life. At the start of 2018, the team began brainstorming around the new program by gathering insights and initial consumer feedback. Pilots took place in four different countries and included over 1,000 members.

Our myWW program is freeing and flexible because it takes your personal needs into account and gives you the opportunity to choose the plan that’s the best option for you. And the plan that’s best for you the one that gives you the most flexibility, because that's the one that’ll be the most livable for you!
3. All plans are equally effective.
The myWW program has 3 truths:

Ultimately, no plan is "better" than another, they simply offer different benefits for different people.

Start by thinking about the way you want to be eating and your weight-loss goals. Which plan will be the best fit?
Would you rather have more SmartPoints to spend and would be happy limiting your ZeroPoint foods to fruits and vegetables (not including corn, peas, beans, or other starchy veggies)? Switching to Green might be for you.
Are you already seeing success on WW Freestyle? Blue is probably the way to go.
Do you really like the ZeroPoint foods list and want more of them (and are happy to have fewer SmartPoints)? Purple might be a great option for you because of the addition of ZeroPoint foods like oatmeal, whole-wheat pasta, potatoes, and fat-free cottage cheese.

If Freestyle is hitting the sweet spot and you don’t want it to go away, you’ll love this... WW Freestyle is now called Blue, and it’s the same plan you know and love. You don’t have to do anything differently!
