How to eat to stay full
Today, Jackie’s here to tell you about some foods that may or may not be on your regular shopping list but are great to have on hand because they’re packed with nutrition and really good at helping to keep you fuller longer, while also giving you the energy to hit that couch to 5K (or couch to park bench...) in no time!
Your day 19 guide
• Eat and drink consistently. Don’t let yourself get too hungry!
• Choose satisfying ingredient combos, like ones that are high in protein and fiber.
• Make a plan for meals and snacks! (If you have a plan, you're much less likely to find yourself suddenly starving and grabbing the closest, easisest thing.)
