Traditional "barbecue" takes hours to simmer, but if you start with sautéed pork tenderloin, you can whip up this savoury classic in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 Weight Watchers 100% Whole Wheat Burger Buns

  • 1 pound(s) uncooked lean pork tenderloin, sliced 1/2 inch thick

  • 1 small uncooked onion(s), finely chopped

  • 1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced

  • 15 oz. canned tomato sauce

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp table salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork slices in a single layer and brown 2 minutes per side.

  2. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to skillet, stir and simmer 1 minute. Add pork; spoon sauce over pork, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Divide pork among 4 buns. Top with sauce from skillet and serve.
