Baked Tilapia with Quinoa and Garlicky Green Beans

  • 4oz Fish, tilapia, raw
  • 1 tsp Oil, olive
  • 1/8 tsp Minced garlic, or to taste
  • 1 cup(s) Beans, snap, green, raw
  • 1/2 cup(s) Quinoa, cooked
  • 1/8 medium Lemon, cut into 3 thin slices


Season tilapia to taste and bake until cooked through. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add green beans; sauté until tender. Serve with quinoa and fresh lemon.
