Sixty years of science-backed weight loss for people who know how to have a good time. We asked WW member, Ambassador and cookbook author Anna Van Dyken to share some of her favourite recipes for celebrating and best tips to help you succeed in meeting your goals while never missing out.



Anna’s top tips for celebrating and staying on track



Celebrations are a part of life that are joyous occasions with family and friends. This means for us too. Enjoying celebrations with a little bit of planning means we can have fun too, with food and drinks, as part of a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Here are my top 5 tips on how I celebrate special occasions and stay on track:

  1. Utilise ZeroPoint foods throughout the day, to enjoy evening events.
  2. Using my weeklies, after all they are there for a reason.
  3. When going to a party, offering to help make party food, by bringing low point platters or party foods for you and everyone else to enjoy.
  4. When hosting, I make party food and cakes, with smart swap ingredients, that reduce points but not flavours.
  5. Drink plenty of water in between alcoholic beverages.
