Calorie controlled cooking spray

Quorn mince

150 g

Garlic

1 clove(s)

Ground Cumin

⅛ teaspoon(s), level

Coriander, Dried

⅛ teaspoon(s), level

Cabbage

50 g

Carrots, raw

50 g

Spring Onions

2 medium

Brown rice, microwaveable

½ pouch(es)

Lettuce

Instructions

Mist a pan with the cooking spray and add the Quorn mince, garlic, cumin and ground coriander. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add shredded red and green cabbage, carrots and spring onions, cover the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Stir well before serving in lettuce leaf ‘wraps’ with brown rice.
