Turkey club skewers
This deconstructed sandwich works its magic without any bread at all. Instead, skewers hold the fillings together—we like the wooden ones best but metal will also work.
Turkey Breast, Skinless, raw
Bacon medallions, raw
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
White Wine Vinegar
1 medium, chopped
4 leaf/leaves, small
- Thread onto each skewer (alternating in a pattern) 3 chunks of turkey, 3 tomatoes, 3 lettuce pieces, 3 bacon slices.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and spring onions in a small bowl.
- Serve the skewers with the mayo for dipping.
