This deconstructed sandwich works its magic without any bread at all. Instead, skewers hold the fillings together—we like the wooden ones best but metal will also work.


Ingredients
Turkey breast, skinless, raw
900 g
Cherry Tomatoes
36 individual
Bacon medallions, raw
9 rasher(s)
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
80 g
White Wine Vinegar
½ teaspoon(s)
Spring Onions
1 medium, chopped
Lettuce
4 leaf/leaves, small
Instructions

Thread onto each skewer (alternating in a pattern) 3 chunks of turkey, 3 tomatoes, 3 lettuce pieces, 3 bacon slices.

Stir together the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and spring onions in a small bowl.

Serve the skewers with the mayo for dipping.
