Meet your go-to brunch dish! Store-bought tikka masala sauce is the secret to this riff on classic shakshuka. Want more heat? Add a pinch of cayenne to the sauce.

Tikka masala sauce
500 g
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Spinach
150 g
Chickpeas, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Egg, whole, raw
4 medium, raw
Coriander, fresh
2 tablespoon(s)

Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Mist an ovenproof frying pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl combine the tikka masala sauce, spinach and chickpeas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Using a wooden spoon, make 4 wells in the sauce and crack 1 egg into each.

Bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes for runny yolks, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve garnished with the coriander.
