Spinach & ricotta tortellini bake

Sainsbury's Italian Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni
1 individual, roughly torn
Vegetarian parmesan style hard cheese
1 tablespoon(s), grated
80 g, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the passata, garlic, basil and oregano into a bowl, season well and mix together. Tip in the tortelloni and stir through three quarters of the mozzarella.
- Place in a 20cm baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and vegetarian hard cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let the pasta bake cool slightly, then serve with the salad leaves.
