Enjoy this garlicky dip with crisps, vegetables or baked chicken wings. It’s also really tasty on burgers.


Ingredients
Spinach
250 g, frozen
Reduced fat soured cream
60 ml
Parmesan Cheese
25 g, grated
Garlic
1 clove(s), finely chopped
Ground Nutmeg
¼ g
Instructions

Microwave the spinach until wilted, drain well, then cool.

In a food processor, blitz the spinach, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic & nutmeg until smooth.

Refrigerate until serving.
