A perfect one for veggies, these chunky cauliflower steaks brushed with a punchy marinade are packed with smoky flavour


Ingredients
Cauliflower, Raw
2 whole
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon(s)
Agave Syrup
1 teaspoon(s), level
Lemon Juice, Fresh
30 ml
Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon(s), level
Paprika
2 teaspoon(s), level
Chilli flakes
½ pinch
Low Fat Natural Yogurt
75 g
Instructions

Chop the base off each cauliflower so they sit flat on your chopping board. Cut 4 x 1cm thick ‘steaks’ from the largest part of each cauliflower, so you have 8 in total.

Mix the oil, agave, ⅔ of the lemon juice and spices together in a small bowl, then brush over the cauliflower.

Cook the cauliflower on a preheated barbecue for 5 minutes each side, until charred and tender, brushing over any leftover marinade as they cook.

Mix together the yogurt and remaining lemon juice. Serve the dip alongside the cauliflower ‘steaks’.
