Cabbage
½ portion(s), medium, red cabbage, shredded
Courgette
1 medium, spiralised
Carrots, raw
1 medium, spiralised
Parsnip, raw
1 medium, spiralised
Spring Onions
2 medium, trimmed and finely sliced
Peanut butter powder
3 tablespoon(s)
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoon(s)
Agave Syrup
1 tablespoon(s), level
Tamari soya sauce
3 tablespoon(s)
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon(s)
Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon(s)
Root Ginger

Chilli Sauce

Instructions

To make the satay dressing, put all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, then stir together with a fork until creamy and combined. Set aside.

In a serving bowl, toss together the cabbage, spiralised vegetables and spring onions. Add the satay dressing, toss until evenly coated, then serve.
