A little bit of this chocolatey, no bake bar goes a long way, so a small slice with your morning coffee is all you need.


Ingredients
Low Fat Spread
135 g, plus extra for greasing
Milk Chocolate
100 g, chopped
Dark Chocolate
100 g, chopped
Golden Syrup
40 g
Low fat digestive biscuit
100 g, roughly crushed
Pink & white mini marshmallows

Lightly grease a 18 x 18cm square cake tin and line with baking paper. Put the low-fat spread, milk and dark chocolate and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water, heat gently, stirring until the chocolate has melted.

Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the marshmallows and biscuit pieces, then tip the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading evenly.

Chill in the fridge for around 2 hours before cutting into 14 slices.
