Sesame Seeds

Sesame Oil

Soy Sauce

1 tablespoons

Egg Noodles, boiled

80 g

Green Beans

100 g

Soya Beans, cooked

50 g

Mango

100 g

Chilli, Green or Red

½ individual

Mint, Fresh

1 teaspoons

Lime Juice, Fresh

7 ml

Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden. Combine the oil and soy sauce and toss with the cooked noodles, the cooked beans, mango, chilli and mint.
  2. Add some lime juice and serve with the toasted seeds.
