Transform the humble sausage into ‘haute’ dogs with this next-level topping, guaranteed to wow!


Ingredients
Avocado
½ medium, diced
Tomato
1 large, diced
Red onion
½ small, diced
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), chopped
Ground Cumin

Reduced fat soured cream
20 ml
Green jalapeños
1 portion(s), drained
Tortilla chips

Reduced fat pork sausages, grilled

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, coriander and cumin, and season lightly. Set aside.

In another bowl, stir 1 tsp water into the soured cream to thin it slightly.

Place 1 sausage in each roll and top with the avocado mixture. Drizzle over the soured cream and finish with the jalapeno and crumbled nachos. Serve immediately.
