Tuna in spring water, drained

Red pepper

Celery, Raw

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oregano, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest and garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In a separate bowl combine the drained tuna, chopped red pepper, celery and shallot; spoon yogurt mixture over tuna mixture and gently fold to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley.
