- Dry-fry the cumin seeds in a small frying pan over a medium heat for 2-5 minutes, until toasted. Transfer to a mortar and roughly grind with a pestle.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Roughly mash with a fork, so it’s still a little chunky. Stir in the cumin seeds and other guacamole ingredients.
