Everyone will love this easy meal. Use leftovers, or cook any white fish to make them fresh.


Ingredients
WW Wholemeal Wraps
2 individual
Cabbage
80 g, finely shredded
Spring Onions
1 medium, trimmed and sliced
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon(s)
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s)
Tomato
1 large, finely chopped
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), finely chopped, plus extra sprigs to serve
Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon(s)
Avocado
40 g, sliced
Cod, cooked

Instructions

Warm the tortillas to pack instructions. Combine the shredded cabbage, spring onion, mayonnaise and lime juice in a small bowl. Season to taste.

Mix the tomato, coriander and chilli sauce in another small bowl. Divide the cabbage mixture, tomato mixture, avocado and cooked fish between the tortillas. Cut into halves and serve with the extra lime wedges.
