A plate of potato gnocchi is the kind of dish that’s perfect for lazy weekends. We’ve pan-fried them for extra crunch then tossed them with ham and a trio of crunchy veg.

Gnocchi, Fresh

600 g

Cabbage

80 g, shredded

Leek

Garlic

3 clove(s), thinly sliced

Chicken stock cube(s)

Mist a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook, turning occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.

2

Mist the pan with more cooking spray, then stir-fry the cabbage, leek, sprouts and garlic for 5 minutes until tender and lightly golden.

3

Stir in 200ml chicken stock, mustard and ham hock, and simmer for 2 minutes, then return the gnocchi to the pan and stir until combined and heated through.
