Chaat is a sweet, spicy tangy savoury snack that originates in India, this remix in salad form brings on the veggies, sweetness from the mango chutney and a crispy texture from the peanuts and rice crackers.


Ingredients
Spinach
180 g, baby leaf
Chickpeas, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Cucumber
½ individual, medium, quartered lengthwise and sliced
Red onion
½ medium, sliced
Radish
4 medium, sliced
Morrisons Japanese Rice Crackers
50 g, chopped
Unsalted Peanuts
25 g, roughly chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
100 g
Coriander, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), chopped
Mango Chutney
3 tablespoon(s), heaped
Garam Masala
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients and 3 tablespoons of water. Season with a pinch of salt, then set aside.

In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach, chickpeas, cucumber, onion, radishes, and crackers. Sprinkle the peanuts on top. Then serve the salad with the dressing drizzled over.
