WW Wholemeal Wraps

Avocado
¼ medium, thinly sliced
Instructions

Coat a small frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended. Add the eggs to the pan, cook for 3 - 5 minutes, until scrambled, stirring frequently.

Spoon the eggs down middle of the wrap, top with the avocado, and bacon. Roll up and slice in half.
