Autumn fruit with maple-yogurt topping

- Spray a large nonstick pan with cooking spray and place over a medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the chopped apples and pears with sugar and cinnamon. Add the fruit mixture to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the fruit starts to soften and brown. Add the sliced plums and cook for a further 5 minutes, until very soft.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Divide the fruit among 4 bowls and top each with a dollop of the yogurt topping.
