Apple
3 medium, Granny Smith
Porridge oats
70 g
Sweetened coconut drink
150 ml
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
100 g
Honey
1 teaspoon(s), level
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon(s)
Desiccated Coconut
1 tablespoon(s), toasted flakes
Instructions

Grate 1 of the unpeeled apples over a medium bowl. Stir in the porridge oats, coconut milk alternative, Greek yogurt and honey. Cover with clingfilm and chill overnight.

Divide the muesli between 2 jars, then top each jar with 1 sliced apple, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt and 1 tsp coconut flakes.
