Apple crisps with cinnamon dip

Homemade apple crisps can take hours in the oven, but the air fryer gets the job done in a fraction of the time. Slice the apples by hand, or use a mandoline to get the thinnest, most even slices.


Ingredients
Apple
1 medium, sliced thinly
Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s), level
Low fat vanilla yogurt
60 g
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C, pick out any seeds from the apple slices and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook the apple slices for 5 minutes. Separate any slices that have clumped together, then cook for a further 3 minutes.

Remove the apple slices that are lightly browned, continue to cook those that aren’t. Repeat with the remaining apple slices.

In a bowl stir together the vanilla yogurt and remaining cinnamon. Serve with the crisps.
