Hoisin chicken wrap

Put the tortilla wrap on a clean board. Spread the hoisin sauce over the wrap, leaving a 1 cm (½ inch) border around the edge. Scatter the chicken, beansprouts, spring onion, chilli (if using), coriander and mint over the top. Carefully roll up the wrap and cut in half on a diagonal. Wrap in cling film and, if desired, keep in the fridge until needed.
