This yummy vegeterian pasta dish is delicious hot or cold. Chopping the tomatoes and peppers very finely makes a great dressing for the pasta.

Notes

Bring a saucepan of water to boil, add the pasta and cook according to packet instructions until al dente.

Reserve 1 tablespoon of cooking liquid in a bowl and drain the pasta in a colander over the sink. Put the pasta back in the saucepan and stir in all the remaining ingredients and the reserved cooking liquid and then serve.
