This decadent, delectable dessert is perfect for special occasions

Ingredients

Brown sugar

¾ cup(s), (165g), soft

Cocoa powder

cup(s), (35g)

White self-raising flour

1¼ cup(s), (185g)

Reduced fat oil spread

80 g, melted

Skim milk

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Egg(s)

2 medium, lightly beaten

Low fat chocolate mousse

White chocolate

50 g, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan- forced. Lightly spray a 19cm x 29cm slice tin with oil and line with baking paper.
  2. Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a large bowl. Add canola spread, milk, eggs and chocolate mousse, stirring to combine. Stir in white chocolate. Pour mix into prepared tin and bake for 15–20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
  3. Cool in tin. Spread top with Nestlé® Soleil™ Dark Chocolate Flavoured Dessert. Sprinkle with extra cocoa, then cut into 12 pieces and serve.
