- To cook the popcorn, place popcorn kernels in an air popper and cook following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, if you’re using the microwave, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plate and microwave on High (100%) for 3–4 minutes or until popping subsides. Be sure to lightly spray cooked popcorn with oil before adding flavour to help it stick.
- Combine chilli powder, cumin and paprika, garlic powder and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to combine. Serve.
