salt reduced butter

- Peel and grate potatoes. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Grate onions and add to drained potatoes. Mix in melted butter, herbs and egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray a shallow round oven pan that fits into your airfryer basket with oil. Carefully fill the pan with the potato mixture, pressing it down gently. Spray the top of potatoes with oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C until brown.
- Using a knife, loosen the edges of the rosti, then carefully remove it from the pan. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
