The magic match of peanut butter and jam makes these bite-sized biscuits an extra yummy treat!

Ingredients

Honey

75 g

Reduced fat oil spread

1 tbs

Natural peanut butter (100% nuts)

60 g

Rolled oats, dry

1¼ cup(s), (115g)

Plain flour

2 tbs

Reduced-sugar jam

cup(s), (85g) strawberry flavoured

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Stir honey, oil spread and peanut butter in a medium saucepan over medium–low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat. Stir in oats and flour.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among 20 holes in a 24-hole (30 ml) capacity silicone mini muffin tray. Press mixture firmly into each hole with your thumb to make an indent and form a cup.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon jam evenly into muesli bites. Bake for a further 3–4 minutes, until jam melts and muesli bites are golden. Cool completely before removing from the tray.

Notes

TIP: Muesli bites will keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
