Your guests will love this creamy dip with a Greek yoghurt base that's filled with chopped artichokes and the fresh, zesty taste of lemon, dill and garlic. You can make it in advance, cover and refrigerate. To prepare the canned artichokes, you'll first want to pour them into a strainer and then transfer them to paper towels. Then, gently blot excess water as much as possible with another paper towel. After this you can coarsely chop the artichokes. Scoop this delicious dip up with fresh vegetables or baked chips.

Ingredients

Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained

1 cup(s), (400g), coarsely chopped

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

2 tbs

Fresh dill

2 tbs, chopped

Minced garlic

1 tsp

Lemon zest

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
