Cheese and onion hash brown waffles
1 medium, lightly beaten
140 g, (1 cup), peeled, coarsely grated
Extra light cheddar cheese
¼ cup(s), grated, (30g), grated
2 individual, finely chopped
2 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat WW Mini Waffle Maker. Lightly spray both Cooking Surfaces with oil.
- Combine egg, potatoes, cheese, shallots and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spread ¼ cup of the mixture onto the bottom Cooking Surface of the WW Mini Waffle Maker. Use the Cover Handle to pull the Cover down and enclose waffle. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Using a silicone spatula, transfer waffle to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter to make 4 waffles in total, lightly spraying Cooking Surfaces with oil again halfway through. Serve.
