Walking is one of the easiest and most effective ways to incorporate more movement into your day. It’s suitable for any fitness level or age, is easy on joints, and is free to participate in! But it’s easy to forget sometimes that the basic activity of walking not only counts toward your activity goals but also provides a lot of important health benefits.

In honour of National Walking Day, on April 6 we are helping our members get more steps with our walking hub! Everything you need to know about starting a walking routine, the benefits of walking and a couple of tips and tricks to stay motivated!
