Aim to use your entire SmartPoints Budget! This will help your weight stay steady while you’re building healthy habits.
Let your GP know that you’ve started WW and will be focusing on creating healthy habits. Since your weight is on the lower side, it’s a good idea to make sure they don’t have any concerns. WW advises against any weight loss when your weight is below the healthy range.
Once you’ve had time to learn the ropes, we’ll send you an email with more details about adjustments you can make to your SmartPoints Budget if your weight changes.
