When you signed up, we explained that your weight is below the healthy range according to the World Health Organisation and that your Points Budget is set to maintain your weight.

A few pointers:

  1. Aim to use your entire Points Budget! This will help your weight stay steady while you’re building healthy habits.

  2. Let your GP know that you’ve started WW and will be focusing on creating healthy habits. Since your weight is on the lower side, it’s a good idea to make sure they don’t have any concerns. WW advises against any weight loss when your weight is below the healthy range.
