How to join a challenge

Open your app

Tap the menu icon in the top left
3.
Locate “Challenge” section under the Toolkit
4.
Tap into the challenge you’d like to take on, and follow the prompts to join
5.
After you’ve completed your first challenge, try a second one. We’ll continue to add more and you can repeat your favourites!

Seven days strong challenge
What you get: A new badge on your profile and a smile from ear-to-ear all week.
The mission: Track at least one meal for seven days in a row.
The details: This weekly challenge starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. You can join the challenge anytime during the week. And don’t forget, you can pre-track up to seven days before.
Weekend warrior challenge
What you get: A new badge on your profile and a “you crushed it” mentality going into the week.
The mission: Track all three meals over a weekend.
The details: This weekly challenge starts on Saturday and ends on Sunday. You can join the challenge anytime during the weekend. And don’t forget, you can pre-track up to seven days before.
Top tracker challenge
What you get: A new badge on your profile.
The mission: Track all three meals for seven days in a row.
