How to join a challenge

Open your WW app

Tap the journey line icon on the bottom of your screen

3.

Locate the “Join a challenge” section at the top

4.

Tap into the challenge you’d like to take on, and follow the prompts to join

5.

After you’ve completed your first challenge, try a second one. We’ll continue to add more and you can repeat your favourites!

What you get: A new badge on your profile and a smile from ear-to-ear all week.

The mission: Track at least one meal for seven days in a row.

The details: This weekly challenge starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. You can join the challenge anytime during the week. And don’t forget, you can pre-track up to seven days before.
