Sausage and Pesto Flatout Pizza

Flatout Rustic white Artisan thin pizza crust1 flatbread(s)
reduced-fat pesto sauce2 Tbsp
crumbled feta cheese2 oz
uncooked sweet Italian turkey sausage3 oz, cooked, crumbled
sweet red pepper(s)⅓ cup(s), thinly sliced
olive(s)5 large, Kalamata variety, sliced
pine nuts1 tsp
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake 2 minutes. Remove from oven and spread pesto over top; sprinkle with feta, sausage, peppers, olives, and pine nuts. Bake until cheese is melted, 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into 4 slices to share.
- Serving size: 2 slices
