Mamma mia! This shareable flatbread pizza is over the top with big, bold Italian flavor.
Ingredients

Flatout Rustic white Artisan thin pizza crust

1 flatbread(s)

reduced-fat pesto sauce

2 Tbsp

crumbled feta cheese

2 oz

uncooked sweet Italian turkey sausage

3 oz, cooked, crumbled

sweet red pepper(s)

cup(s), thinly sliced

olive(s)

5 large, Kalamata variety, sliced

pine nuts

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake 2 minutes. Remove from oven and spread pesto over top; sprinkle with feta, sausage, peppers, olives, and pine nuts. Bake until cheese is melted, 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and cut into 4 slices to share.
  4. Serving size: 2 slices
