Slice tops off tomatoes and scoop out and discard pulp. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of black bean dip into each tomato cavity; top each with 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: You can fill endive leaves, instead of the tomatoes, with black bean dip and sour cream for a faster snack.)
